Anger is either negative or positive. When we are angry, we frequently leave from a problem or else handle it by shattering at the source. Anger is an emotion that either controls us or helps us to succeed in life. If we have negative feelings most likely when a threat hits our emotion, we will blow up. Some of us neglect others by beating, slapping, verbally assaulting, emotionally abusing, or punching walls or other barriers to utter our anger.

We can break this down and see that nothing but harm comes from these actions. If you are hitting or slapping another person, you will go to jail and that person may end up in the hospital. Once you hit the person, even if they do not go to the hospital the emotional scar will remain for years. Likewise, if you are punching walls, glass, or other obstacles it could cause harm to you. If you are verbally or mentally abusing another individual, you are scaring him or her for life. It makes no sense to behave negatively or harmfully when a person is angered.

The best solution is learning to deal with your emotions, since most times your emotions will play tricks on your mind. You might misunderstand the person you felt made you angry and act out on an emotion that makes you the foolish one in the situation. This is only humiliation of self and leads nowhere. If you have a hard time, comprehending what another person is saying, slow down and asks the person to explain. This often makes the light clearly and you may see that the person was not threatening your emotion in anyway. If you feel no one listens to you, then you might ask yourself is it a part of your imagination, or is this true that no one hears. You may review the conversations with others and may find that someone does listen and hears what you are saying.

It is good to speak up when you are feeling threatened by another person; however, it is not good to react in a harsh manner to solve the problem. When you are harshly acting out on your anger, you are only hurting yourself and other people around you. You are doing nothing but causing more problems for your self and everyone involved in your life. When you behave in such way, people are less likely to listen to your side, and will often loose respect your person. This is your fault since you acted immature when you were anger. You cannot blame others for your behaviors or actions.

We can see that this information leads us to more anger. When a person behaves in a derogatory way then it affects other people. When a person becomes a victim of an anger person, they often learn the behaviors and act accordingly to how they were treated. These means we have more problems in society, and no one is winning. Life is too short and filled with too many problems already to create more problems. If we cannot find a way to control our anger, it might best to find someone that you trust to help you control your emotions.

Another great technique for controlling anger is to volunteer at a source that uses your energy. For example if you have a major in a certain area, you might offer your expertise to children or other people to help them better their selves. Join a gym and work off you frustration and also better your health and body. This is often great for relieving anger since you are burning energy. It is important to avoid alcohol and drugs when you are dealing with anger. The most important reason is that it is not good for you, but it also increases your chances of exploding when you are angry. You might want to get a physical and mental health check to see if underlying problems exist.

Anger is a source of hate that involves prejudice. We can see anger by looking back the history when the white men that evaded the camps of the American Indians. The men rushed through the camps, starting fires, shooting people at random, and causing a chaos that broke off an entire village. We can also see anger tragedy when we analyzed what the white man did to the African-Americans. The men threaten these human beings as sex toys, objects, laborers, and so on.

We can see in two examples that gluttony and jealousy caused a large part in the actions committed against the people, and that anger was a root of the behaviors. We can also see that greed played a large part since power and control was the focus. Greed came into heart of the anger illustrated when we see that the enemy occupies something that did not belong to them. They started with envy, greed and then enforced their anger to take what they wanted, or force the group of people to do what they wanted them to do.

We can see that money played a large part in this action also, which links to greed and envy the underlying sources of anger. Therefore, the root started with money, then envy, greed, which lead to anger outbursts against another group of individuals. The cause was noted as prejudice, which is a form of hate, and this instigated the ultimate actions taking against these groups of people. At this time, they had trading posts and bartering systems where many people trading one product for another of equal value.

The persons would trade for land, fur, food and so forth. There was not point in the incidents that took place in this time, since in reality no one owns the land but God who in turn gave it to all of us. If someone believed they owned the land, then trading should have been negotiated for a part of the land, rather than brutally murder, which was a reaction of anger.

Likewise, the slaves were sent across the oceans and sold to the American people by their own race. This too was because of money, greed, and envy. Prejudice may have been involved since the source that sold the slaves probably viewed the people as less superior. We can see that anger is in the picture, simply because the roots and history are there to prove this. However, it may not have been uncontrolled anger to the degree a person can express anger.

It did however cause anger down through the centuries as people began fighting for their equal rights. Starting with the Civil War we can see that these behaviors of others caused a much more severe eruption of anger in a group of people and it was all because of prejudice. First, and foremost if God is not prejudice who gave these people the right to judge. The issue can be dealt with by relating to the prejudice itself. If a person is prejudice, it is often due to lack of understanding.

When someone is different, it often poses a threat to others, simply because they do not understand. This causes anger to build, since most people when threatened become angry. Now we can look at these examples as a whole and see that anger affects everyone. We see that anger started with one person or group of people and continued throughout the history. Obviously then, anger is an epidemic that all of us are influenced by, or has experienced. Therefore, if you are prejudice you should sit down and review the history, and think about what prejudice really means.

If you are this angry with a group of people, it is simply because you lack understanding. Ignorance then is another source that leads to angry outbursts. Prejudice is not only ignorant; it is stupid if you are not willing to learn. Our history has shown us that anger is tolerable in the system, yet it is something we do not want to tolerate. We can see that the system allowed anger in the, yet is now regretting their tolerance. We can see this as the system is struggling to undo what has already been done.

When we get angry, we often find a method to deal with the stress that followed anger. But some of us have no way to deal with our anger. An accurate strategy I used to deal with anger is controlling the situation when the opportunity comes about. If someone intends to hurt me, it depends on the situation but I got resources, therefore I turn those to good use. When I feel sometimes, I rest inside my mind, discover a peaceful area, and talk to myself. I often get humor whether it is ironic, ridiculous dark, humorous, or what you get.

Anything that makes me laugh often relieves the stress my body and mind feels when I am angry. Blowing up at the source that made us angry is not the answer. Drugs never help, they only cause more harm.

You might blow up at someone for simple words, but the source that made you angry is no one but your self. Likewise, if you are thief it is also degrading and will only dehumanize and deprive you of the ability to control your emotions. The systematic problem can help you to learn to associate with others without blowing your fuse.
